1. Enrollment and Acceptance 

By applying to and participating in the Golden Clover Casino Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you accept these Terms and Conditions, including any Deal Terms or Insertion Orders issued to you. Conflicts between documents are resolved in this order: Deal Terms → These Terms → Policies. Affiliates must submit accurate business, tax, banking, and traffic information. Approval of applications is at the sole discretion of Golden Clover Casino. Affiliates may be required to provide valid tax documentation and undergo identity or business verification before any commission payments are made. 

2. Definitions 

• Qualified Player (QP): Any user aged 18+ in a permitted jurisdiction who registers an account through an affiliate’s unique tracking link, deposits funds into Golden Clover Casino, and is properly attributed to the affiliate. 

• Monetization Receipts: Total deposits made by Qualified Players, net of any chargebacks or refunds. 

• Prize Payouts / Withdrawals: Funds legally withdrawn by Qualified Players during the applicable reporting period. 

• Chargebacks & Refunds: All deposit reversals, retrieval/chargeback fees, or refunded deposits attributable to a specific affiliate cohort. 

• Admin / Network Fee: A fixed percentage or amount (defined in the affiliate’s Deal Terms) applied to Monetization Receipts to cover platform and transaction processing costs. 

• Net Profit: Calculated as Monetization Receipts minus Prize Payouts minus Admin/Network Fee minus Chargebacks & Refunds. 

3. Commission Structure 

Golden Clover Casino provides affiliates with multiple commission models including Revenue Share, CPA, or Hybrid Plans, configurable per Deal Terms:

1. Revenue Share: Affiliates earn a percentage of Net Profit generated by their referred Qualified Players. The Program uses the following balanced tiered structure: 

2. CPA Plans: Optionally agreed per Deal Terms; affiliates receive a fixed commission per Qualified Player meeting defined criteria. 

3. Hybrid Plans: Combine a fixed CPA per player with a percentage-based revenue share. 

Lifetime Player Revenue: Each Qualified Player is tagged to an affiliate for the duration of their account activity. Affiliates earn commission for the lifetime of the player, provided: 

• The player remains active and generates Net Profit. 

• The Affiliate remains in good standing (no fraud, policy violation, or termination for cause). 

No Negative Carryover: Monthly Net Profit calculations are non-recourse. Negative Net Profit in any month does not carry over. Each new month begins with a zero balance. Adjustments within the same period may apply for fraud, chargebacks, or administrative corrections. 

4. Tracking and Attribution 

Affiliates are provided with unique tracking links, pixel integration, or other tracking mechanisms to ensure accurate attribution of player registrations and deposits. The default attribution window is 30-day last-click, configurable per Deal Terms. Cookie or pixel-based tracking ensures proper tagging of Qualified Players. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will not generate commission. Affiliates have access to a real-time reporting dashboard, which displays metrics including clicks, registrations, deposits, chargebacks, Net Profit, revenue share tier, and commission due. 

5. Payment Terms 

• Payment Frequency: Affiliates may select weekly or monthly payments, as agreed in their Deal Terms. 

• Minimum Payout Threshold: Defined per Deal Terms (e.g., $250), adjustable per affiliate agreement. 

• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, ACH, wire, cryptocurrency, or other approved methods, as specified in Deal Terms. 

• Withholding / Offsets: Payments may be withheld or offset for confirmed fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, or regulatory compliance. 

6. Marketing and Media Rules 

Affiliates must ensure that all promotions comply with local laws and advertising regulations. Specific rules include:1. Restricted Jurisdictions: No marketing to The Netherlands, France, Sweden, Belgium, USA, UK, or internationally sanctioned/blacklisted countries. 

2. Age Restrictions: All campaigns must target adults 18+ only. Age verification is required where legally mandated. 

3. Content Compliance: No misleading claims, guarantees of winnings, targeting minors, or unsubstantiated claims regarding earnings. 

4. Paid Media & PPC: Brand bidding, domain misuse, cloaking, and impersonation of Golden Clover Casino are prohibited unless explicitly approved. 

5. Email and SMS Marketing: All opt-in communications must comply with CANSPAM, TCPA, GDPR, and local laws. Affiliates must maintain auditable consent records. 

6. Influencers and Social Media: All influencers must disclose material connections and adhere to local advertising laws. Approved creatives and disclosure copy must be used. 

7. Intellectual Property 

Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use brand logos and marketing materials for the sole purpose of promoting Golden Clover Casino. Any unapproved use, including registering similar domains or handles, is prohibited. 

8. Fraud, Quality, and Audit 

Golden Clover Casino reserves the right to monitor traffic quality, deposit patterns, chargebacks, and compliance with marketing rules. Audits may be conducted for up to 24 months post-payment. Fraudulent or non-compliant activity may result in withholding, offset, or termination of commissions. 

9. Termination 

Either party may terminate the Agreement with written notice. Termination for cause may result in forfeiture of commissions on future player activity. Upon termination, affiliates must immediately stop promotions and remove all branded materials. 

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 

This Agreement shall be governed by the law of Belize, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belize. Golden Clover Casino may seek injunctive or equitable relief in cases of IP misuse, confidentiality breaches, or regulatory non-compliance. 

11. Confidentiality and Data Protection 

Affiliates must protect all confidential Program information and handle player data in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and other data protection regulations. Unauthorized disclosure or sale of player information is strictly prohibited. 

12. Indemnity 

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Clover Casino, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, fines, or losses arising from: breaches of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, violations of marketing rules, or regulatory non-compliance.
